Returns Policy
Given the bespoke nature of our offerings, including Tuxedos, Shirts, Suits, and Bandghalas, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges on any products due to the personalization involved in each crafted piece.
Cancellations
Cancellations must be made within 24 hours of the original order placement. As we strive to commence the creation of your custom attire immediately to ensure timely delivery, cancellations requested after this period will not be accepted.
Alterations
We stand behind the fit of our bespoke creations. If your order does not fit as expected, contact us within 7 days of receiving your item, and we will make reasonable alterations at no additional cost to you. Please note that we can only alter items for better fitting and cannot completely redesign a piece.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
In the rare event that you receive a product that is damaged, flawed, or not what you ordered, please contact us at [email protected] within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will work with you to arrange a return, and upon inspection, we will either repair, replace, or refund your purchase as appropriate.
